BIXI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Use, with or without notice, at its discretion. All transactions made or memberships purchased through the Site are subject to these Terms of Use, as well as other terms and conditions that BIXI will ask you to accept at the appropriate time and which are also available at all times on the Website (the “Other Terms and Conditions“).

In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail. Furthermore, in the event of a discrepancy between an official text and the content of the Website, the official text shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared invalid, unenforceable, or void by applicable law or by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which are severable.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec. BIXI and you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the judicial district of Montreal.

In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Terms of Use, the French version shall prevail.
