Customer service jobs in Montreal

BIXI speaking, how can I help you?

Aren’t customer service jobs in Montreal the same no matter which company you work for? Nope! At BIXI, it’s all about being a reliable resource that people can count on when they have a question or an issue. It’s learning about different bike-sharing systems and making sure things are running smoothly in five North American cities (Montreal, Toronto, Détroit, Chattanooga and Tucson). It’s being part of a group of new agents who train together, understand each other, help each other out and spend the summer together.

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be called on (no pun intended) to answer the calls and, as needed, emails of BIXI users and clients from the other bike-sharing networks. You won’t be required to sell anything.

Students are welcome!

One of my best decisions

“Working at BIXI, on the recommendation of a friend, was one of my best decisions of 2020, especially with the pandemic. From the quality trainings, to the unique chances I had to do my part and help BIXI as much as possible, to the flexibility offered for my exam week, I have never grown so easily, or so well within a company.

During the summer, the atmosphere in customer service is very hectic, so we all work together to respond to all the customers. Time flies and we always have fun helping each other!”

I’ll be back next season!

I started a customer service job at BIXI in March 2021. What I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere in the office! The agents are dedicated, cheerful, hardworking and friendly. Not to mention, we often get doughnuts and other goodies! This job allowed me to improve my English, which is my second language, and it has gotten way better. I’m very comfortable having a conversation with others now. This was my first experience at a customer service call centre and I loved it. So much so that I’ll be back next season!
