Internal title: Customer service agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll report to the Customer Service Assistant Director and be surrounded by BIXI experts and trainers who will help you contribute to the success of BIXI users’ journeys. Reporting to the Sustainable Mobility Project Manager Bike Expertise, the main responsibilities of the bike mechanic at the external workshops are the maintenance of the BIXI bike fleet and answering general questions from customers at the workshops and temporary summer hubs.
