Internal title: Customer service agent
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll report to the Customer Service Assistant Director and be surrounded by BIXI experts and trainers who will help you contribute to the success of BIXI users’ journeys. You’ll be part of a group of new agents who will start training together, understand each other, collaborate and spend the summer together in a stimulating and inclusive work environment. You’ll receive customer satisfaction reviews that speak to the quality of your work.
Hourly wage is $22.00/hr.

Reporting to the Sustainable Mobility Project Manager Bike Expertise, the main responsibilities of the bike mechanic at the external workshops are the maintenance of the BIXI bike fleet and answering general questions from customers at the workshops and temporary summer hubs.
This is a seasonal position in our outdoor workshops for the duration of BIXI summer season.

Assistant Director Integrated Marketing
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs, the Assistant Director of Integrated Marketing will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a fully integrated marketing approach aligned with BIXI Montréal’s corporate objectives.
The Assistant Director will collaborate on the design, deployment and monitoring of customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention strategy. They will participate in the analysis and understanding of different customer personas (usage, customer lifetime value (CLTV), profitability). They must stay abreast of changes in the integrated marketing environment and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing communications campaigns and initiatives.

As a Sustainable Mobility Project Manager, you will play a central role in optimizing and ensuring the sustainability of our bike fleet.
Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible, among other responsibilities, to set up, coordinate and supervise new teams dedicated to bicycle maintenance directly in the field, based in external repair workshops (Carrefour BIXI.
