Building Maintenance Agent
The building maintenance agents will report to the Buildings Manager, and their main tasks will be to ensure the maintenance of the building.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a 4-day work week and a full range of benefits.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Supervisor and Workforce Planning Lead will be responsible for managing their team, as well as planning the customer service workforce, and will actively participate in the process and continuous improvement of timetable planning.
