Welcome to Carrefour BIXI!

A Carrefour BIXI is an innovative new concept designed to enhance the BIXIST experience by facilitating bike rentals, providing fleet maintenance right within the network and offering personalized customer service through direct contact with our team.

Maintaining bikes, without going to the warehouse

At Carrefour BIXI, we strive to get bikes back on the road as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your bike rentals. Thanks to the work of our mechanics, the majority of bikes can be put back into service the same day, after routine repairs such as:

Tire inflation and replacement
Saddle adjustment
Connection triangle repair
Chain oiling
Damaged crutch replacement
Electric BIXIs battery swap

All cyclists are welcome! A self-service universal repair station and an air pump are also available on site, so you can carry out basic repairs and inflate the tires on your personal bike.

A place to connect and exchange

A Carrefour BIXI is also a place where you can meet our team, ask questions and get information about the bike rentals. This direct interaction is a first for us! It’s aimed at strengthening our relationship with you, while continuing to offer you quality customer service.

Where are the Carrefours BIXI?

Inaugurated in summer 2024, the very first Carrefour BIXI is located in Parc La Fontaine, at the corner of Calixa-Lavallée and Rachel. Our team is on site 7 days a week.

Monday to Friday – 8 am to 7 pm
Saturday and Sunday – 10 am to 7 pm

Its adjacent BIXI station has 60 docking points, making it the largest on the Plateau Mont-Royal! Our on-site team also dispatches freshly repaired bikes to the 9 stations in Parc La Fontaine and those on the surrounding streets.

This concept is in its early stages of development. Our vision is to gradually implement at least 7 BIXI Carrefours in the metropolis over the next few years. Stay tuned!
