This is a permanent position. Full range of benefits are offered after 3 months.

Number of hours per week: 32 hrs. Conditions: may vary according to business needs.

To get an interview, you must have:

• High schooll Diploma (SSD)

• Essential: be bilingual, both spoken and written (French-English)
• Have a strong aptitude for learning
• Have 2 years of call center experience
• Experience with night shifts
• Available to work 4 nights
• Be available and able to join our training group (be able to attend training full-time from Monday through Friday: week of March 22)
• Have a strong team spirit
• Be punctual and professional
• Be autonomous and reliable
